Unlike most World 7 levels, this level takes place on an overworld, grassland area and not in the sky. Mario should jump off of it to obtain the last Star Coin.This level is filled with Bullet Bills and Bob-ombs. After taking the secret passage, there should be a Blockhopper. Mario should find a small gray opening to the right of the Boomerang Bro. He should keep jumping so that he won't lose a life, and he should move to the right at the same time. Star Coin 3 - When Mario reaches the area with a lone Boomerang Bro, he should fall into the quicksand.Mario should then the trail of blocks, and he will reach the second Star Coin. He the nearby Blockhopper to hit the P Switch and turn the coins into bricks. Mario should hit the block near the area and a P Switch should appear. He should keep going until he finds a second Fire Snake. Star Coin 2 - After the midway point, Mario can find a Fire Snake.Mario should use the Blockhopper with three bricks to reach the first Star Coin. Star Coin 1 - Mario will find two Blockhoppers, one with three bricks on top of it, and the other with one brick.The player then gains access to World 2-6. The player should then jump from the blocks that they could go through and will end up by the pipe the player would have came from if they took the first route, and will follow the same route to reach the end of the level. The player should use the Blockhopper collect the Star Coin. The player should then fall down from the blocks, and jump across the gap to find many coins, a Blockhopper, and the final Star Coin. Going through the block leads to more blocks and the next area. If the player takes the second route, they can go under the quicksand from the area before, and keep jumping to avoid being sucked in, to find a block that the player is able to go through. The player should jump off the Blockhopper to reach the top of the pole. In the last area, Mario can find a Blockhopper and the pole. The first route is to take the pipe guarded by the lone Boomerang Bro, which leads to the last area in this level. As the player advances, they find a moving lift that goes vertically. The player has to jump from a Blockhopper to reach the P Switch, and after the player presses it, a path to leading to the second Star Coin appears. Many coins can be seen in the air, and the player finds three bricks, one of which contains a P Switch. The player has to jump to cross the gap, where they find another Fire Snake surrounded by Blockhoppers. A Fire Snake, along with another Blockhopper, can be found there. The player then advances, and finds some coins along with a lone ? Block containing a power-up. The player then finds two more Blockhoppers, one of which containing a power-up, which help the player reach more coins. ![]() Mario can jump on the Blockhopper to reach the coins easier. The player then climbs on top of some rocks, and finds another Blockhopper there, as well as some coins. If the player jumps on top of a Blockhopper, they can reach some coins as well as their first Star Coin in the level. The player then sees a Spiny, and some more Blockhoppers, which contain coins inside of them. As the player advances, they find more bricks, and more ? Blocks that contain coins. The Blockhopper gives Mario a power-up when defeated. The player then encounters their first Blockhopper. The player then sees many bricks on top of ? Blocks, which also contain coins. Mario can find two ? Blocks on the ground, and both of them contain coins. World 2-5 is the first level after the Tower of World 2 in New Super Mario Bros.
